If a page misstates a published rule or a listing contains an error, tell Richard so the editor can review the page.
How to report an error
Email Richard at Richard@FamilyBusinesses.com or text (808) 600-9260. Give the page address, the sentence in question and, if you can, the official document that shows the correct wording.
Please do not send account details, tax identifiers, personal documents or confidential information.
What happens next
- Where needed, the page is compared with the official document in its present form.
- A confirmed error is corrected and the Sources block is updated.
- A disputed or unverifiable statement is taken down while it is checked.
- A request to correct or remove a directory listing is handled without charge.
The site aims to acknowledge a message within two business days. This is an internal service target.
